Frequency characterization of dielectric parameters and impedance of irradiated diabetic blood using He-Ne laser and non-diabetic human blood samples

Abstract The research study elucidates the dielectric parameters of both diabetic and nondiabetic human blood relatives to frequency which are paramount for functional therapeutic mechanisms using He-Ne laser irradiation. In work, Agilent 4294A impedance analyser within range 40 Hz – 30 MHz designed cuvette cells with two electrodes each were used analysis 48 samples (24 glucose level 9.28 mmol/L 24 non-diabetic blood) collected through venepuncture. Irradiations done 532 nm wavelength power output 60 mW 5, 10, 15 20 minutes’ durations. studied (dielectric constant, loss electric conductivity) demonstrated significantly high values in control low compared higher level. irradiated shows reduced after irradiation exposure durations 5 10 minutes significant increase While increased when exposed became crenated therefore abruptly experienced a dropped observed variation levels could be recognised as result cellular morphology physiological conditions erythrocytes membranes other constituents characterizes its response. demonstrates positive biostimulation effects due enhance stimulation ability safe effective modality diabetes mellitus.
